Asymmetrical breasts are breasts which are of different sizes. Having one breast slightly different in size is actually very common and in most cases the difference is not noticeable enough to require a surgical correction. In correcting breast asymmetry one of two options may be used. Either the larger breast can be made smaller to match the size of the other breast through a breast reduction procedure, or the smaller breast can be made larger to match the larger breast through a breast augmentation. In either case, the goal is always to create symmetrical, natural looking breast which appropriately flatter the figure.
